Call of Duty Black Ops 6 suffered a major leak just hours before the shooter was set to be detailed at the Microsoft Xbox Games Showcase and subsequent Call of Duty Direct event.
The leak comes from Microsoft’s own Xbox Store, where a full description of the game was available at the time of this article. The Xbox Game Showcase begins today, June 9 at 10:00am PT, with the Call of Duty Direct following immediately after.
Highlights include a release date (October 25, 2024), campaign details, confirmation of 16 new multiplayer maps at launch, and two brand new maps at launch for the return of Round-Based Zombies. There is also an open beta.
Elsewhere, the Black Ops 6 Steam store page has released the first screenshots from the game, giving us a look at the campaign, multiplayer and zombies. Check out the images in the slideshow below:
