Apple today unveiled a new Mac website designed to help potential customers find the perfect Mac. The “Help Me Choose” page asks users a few questions and then suggests a Mac that will best suit the user’s needs.

Questions include what the Mac will be used for, daily necessities, information about the user’s creative activities, the need for portability, what peripherals will be used, and the budget.

Apple’s Mac design algorithm takes all these factors into account and doesn’t just present buyers with basic configurations. It suggests memory and storage upgrades that would be useful, and also offers options if your chosen budget is a little flexible.

You can find the Help Me Choose website in the Mac section of the Apple website by selecting “Compare” or “Shop for a Mac” and then “Buying Guide”.
