Maccies will be introducing a new Oreo Frappe from tomorrow, Sun Money has exclusively revealed.

The sweet drink will feature the usual vanilla base mixed with ice and Oreo pieces.

It is then topped with more Oreo pieces and cream.

The new regular Oreo Frappe will cost £3.09 and the larger variant will cost £3.39.

The drink will appear on the menu in all UK and Irish restaurants on Wednesday 26 June.

Foodies have already taken to social media to share their enthusiasm for the frappe.

One said: “We’ll definitely have to give it a try.”

Another wrote: “Now I’d try this!!!”

A third commented, “I’m ready for it.”

“Looks fabulous,” wrote a fourth.

I tried McDonald’s brand new frappe based on the iconic biscuit – it was tasty but could use a key ingredient

The Oreo Frappe won’t be around for long as it will only be available until Tuesday, September 3rd.

And while a new menu option is always welcome, it’s bad news for Biscoff Frappe lovers.

The Oreo Frappe will replace the Biscoff Frappe, which was a huge hit with fans.

Some are not impressed that their beloved edition of Biscoff is being cut and have taken to social media to express their thoughts.

One wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter: “The Biscoff Frappe is the best creation you’ve ever made – how can you not make it permanent? *cries*.”

“I had a Biscoff Frappe today. Absolutely delicious,” said another.

Others are gutted that it’s being replaced and not so enthusiastic about the alternative.

A fan commented: “I’d better be as good as the other one, I’ll be very disappointed.”

Another wrote: “Wish they could have both on the menu.”

While a third wrote: “Don’t get the Biscoff Frappe!”

And another said: “What a downgrade.”

The popular frappe has a vanilla-flavored base and is mixed with ice and Biscoff crumble.

It is then topped with caramel-flavored cream and sprinkles.

The Sun reviewed a brand new McDonald’s frappe based on the iconic biscuit in April.

We also found that it tastes like a milkshake, but it doesn’t have the thick consistency of Maccies classic shakes.

If you want to try it, you only have until the end of the day.

The Biscoff Frappe is £2.99, but you’ll have to be quick as it goes out of stock at the end of the day tomorrow.

What else is on McDonald’s summer menu?

McDonald’s presented a new summer menu on Wednesday, May 29.

The fast food giant has added eight new items to its main menu, including returning favourites.

Among the range is the brand new Hat Trick burger and the new McFlurry.

The burger features three beef patties, two slices of cheese, grilled onions, mustard and ketchup on a sesame seed glazed bun.

The Hat Trick costs £5.89 but you can upgrade to a meal with medium fries and a drink for £7.69.

Skittles McFlurry is soft milk ice cream swirled with chewy Skittles fudge pieces and sweet pearls, topped with purple Skittles flavored sauce.

For those who prefer a warm dessert, the Galaxy Chocolate and Raspberry Pie (£1.99) has also been introduced.

The fast food chain ditched the ‘3 for £3’ deal in its UK and Ireland stores earlier this month.

As part of the offer, Maccies fans could choose three of their favorite dishes and pay just £3 for them – meaning each item cost just £1.

We asked the fast food chain if it plans to bring back the offer in the near future.

McDonald’s regularly changes the menu to give foodies a chance to try new and returning items.

If you want to try any of these additions, don’t wait – they’ll only be available for six weeks.

In our estimation, fans can expect next round of summer things on July 10.
