How good are Ovo’s energy tariffs?

Elise Melville, energy expert at Uswitch.com, said: “It’s great to see energy suppliers looking at new ways to help customers reduce their bills, including this £25 Tesco Clubcard incentive from Ovo Energy.”

Melville added: “Ovo’s 12-month fixed plan is currently priced at £1,640 for an average household with typical consumption, making it the third cheapest fixed plan on the market with a £25 offer.

“It’s worth noting that there is an early exit fee of £150 for a dual fuel customer, so if you change your mind or wish to switch to another offer in the following weeks or months, you will have to pay a penalty. “
