Elden Ring Player Tanks DLC Final Boss and it looks simple

Elden Ring players have created an uproar recently after the recent release Shadow of Erdtree expansion, many believe it is simply too difficult. New enemies were (and still are) mopping the floor with players and countless boss fights they were (and still are) disposable people right out of the gate. This makes the fact that the player seemingly has already managed to beat the final DLC boss without healing, dodging or blocking even funnier.

Spoilers for the final boss Shadow of Erdtree follow.

AND Reddit poster shared their clip to fight against Radahnwhich players may recognize as one of the required fights needed to start the game Shadow of Erdtree DLC. Despite Radahn’s return, his fight at the end of the DLC is completely different, boasting a whole new set of moves that made him a real pain in the ass for players. Of course, he’s no match for this chosen Tarnished who can deal with Radahne like he’s a pesky bug that needs swatting.

Before entering the boss arena, the player clearly accumulates spells that will help him achieve the tremendous feat of not using healing flasks, blocks, or dodges during combat. These elements are crucial to the game, not to mention the numerous excruciating boss fights, so managing without them shows an impressive understanding of the rest of the game’s mechanics and skills.

Among the skills used are two spells, Blessing’s Boon and Golden Vow, which heal the player over time and increase their damage and defense. They also use Malenia‘s restorative great rune and pop their physick, which is a once-in-a-lifetime consumable that can be mixed with two different effects. The one used here is a very familiar mix containing opal and crimson bubble tears, which grant one-hit invulnerability and restore a significant chunk of health once you’re close to death.

At that point, the player jumps into combat and simply destroys Radahna. As one person put it in the comments on Reddit, “I think it was Radahn’s boss fight against you, not the other way around.” Not only are they passively healed for the entire short fight, but they also gain a good amount of health whenever they take damage. The player is almost constantly above 50 percent of their own health bar throughout the encounter thanks to the use of the previously mentioned spells, and at several points in the fight they are even seen exchanging talismans to mitigate damage even more. I was amazed to watch someone exercise such command in combat, considering the fact that they are often supposed to have players on the back foot, not the other way around.

At the very end, they’ll also use Endure – which increases your position and absorbs a certain amount of damage – as well as a damage-reducing aroma to stand there and perform Radahn’s ultimate meteor attack, and you can see the player’s health. bar jump everywhere as their skills work overtime passively restore them. They can do it with just enough health to land a killing blow, and just like that, the DLC is done and dusted; the final boss reduced to a complete joke.

If recjawjind_fmfb can handle all this by doing his best, then the rest of us lowly mortals he can probably squeeze it to the bare minimum, especially considering the DLC he got fixed to be easier lately. If you think so Elden Ring or its DLCs are too hard, here’s proof positive that you be able to reduce the bosses of this game to absolutely nothing with a little wit, ingenuity and a few skill points dropped into the faith stat.
