MailOnline has contacted Pete’s representatives for comment.

It comes after Pete’s best friend Sam Thompson revealed they were told off by the police after causing a scene during their Staying Relevant UK tour.

The Made In Chelsea star exclusively told MailOnline that they were reported to the police as they were “creating a disturbance” as they drove through Nottingham in their tour bus, which featured giant avatars of TV stars.

As the pair headed to the northern location during their podcast tour, their fans learned of their plans to tour the city on a bus.

Sam revealed that as they approached the city, their fans went “wild” as they anticipated their arrival, waving and honking their horns as they passed.

Sam said the police told them they couldn’t have masses of people react that way.

During their tour, Sam and Pete took to Instagram to share clips of their fans cheering enthusiastically as they passed through various cities during their tour.

In a typically happy-go-lucky move from Sam, he admitted that he found the whole debacle “hilarious” and that he only found out about the police report on Friday – weeks after the tour ended.

But the I’m A Celebrity star also revealed that as they approached the city, their fans went “wild” as they anticipated their arrival (pictured in May 2023).

While promoting his recent project with Flora Plant, he told MailOnline: ‘We were told just today… Nottingham Police reported us for a tour bus.

“Apparently we caused disruption on the roads and basically they were like, we can’t have people honking at you all the time because we had faces plastered all over the bus.

“And because when we were driving through Nottingham, there were literally so many cars honking at us and passengers filming us and stuff.

“The drivers were honking their horns to the point where the Nottingham Police were called and we thought, lads, we can’t have you driving through Nottingham like this.

“You’re creating a ruckus on the roads, which I found absolutely hilarious.

“So we actually had to go around Nottingham. Oh my god. I think it’s far.

“I don’t think we do either. In a funny way, we were all like, yeah, people know what we’re doing, in a safe way of course.

“That was hilarious. So we had to go round and go another way because it was wild in Nottingham.’
