Festival of Foolishness is back again! Contains an original story set in the world Disney Dreamlight Valleywe invite you to dive into the summer fun on our website and official Discord server by exploring a text-based adventure with some of your favorite Disney and Pixar villagers from the Valley and Eternity Isle.
Depending on the choices you make in this interactive story, you’ll decide how the festival plays out, and you can even earn rewards through the various codes you can find along the way. This adventure will only be available from July 16thThursday 2024 to August 16Thursday 2024, so don’t forget to take part in this limited-time event now.

Long before Oblivion, there was an annual festival dedicated to deception and nonsense. As you banished Oblivion, the memories of the Festival of Fools have returned to all the villagers, and they can’t wait to lightheartedly prank their friends and neighbors.
This year, Sulley and Vanellope lead the charge with a unique take on pranking style – they won’t actually be pranking anyone; the biggest prank of all! Will you join them in their “anti-prank” schemes, or will you lean towards a more classic style of pranking? The choice is yours!

- This is a text adventure available in English only. To interact with the story, simply click on the dialog/choice options provided by the buttons below the text prompts.
- If you come across any redemption codes along the way, be sure to copy them down so you can later redeem them in-game via the Redeem Code menu. These codes will expire on August 16thThursday2024.
- After completing the story, you can start over. You may even end up with a different ending (and more rewards!) depending on your choices!

Do I have to attend last year to understand this year’s story?
No. This story is a standalone adventure. If you would like to play the 2023 version of the Festival of Foolishness, you can do so via the #FOF-2023 channel on the official Disney Dreamlight Valley Discord server: https://discord.gg/disneydreamlightvalley
Is there a difference between playing the story on the Disney Dreamlight Valley website or the Discord server?
No. The stories and rewards are the same.
I thought the Festival of Fools was a spring event?
As a good prank you can never really know when the Festival of Fools is coming!
Can I replay the story multiple times?
Yes! Once you finish the story, you will be prompted to start over.
How long do I have to play the story?
A dedicated website and Discord channels for activation will be available until August 16thThursday2024.
How many redemption codes are there?
There are a total of 9 codes available. You will have to play several times to find them all.
When do redemption codes expire?
The redemption codes found in the story will expire on August 16thThursday2024.
I redeemed the code I found in the in-game story, but I can’t claim items from my mailbox!
You will need to have room in your inventory for the items you claim. Make sure there is space before the claim.
Can I play and get all available codes?
Yes! If you play multiple times, you can find different codes and can claim them through the Redeem Code menu in the game. You can only redeem each code once.
Do I have to join the Disney Dreamlight Valley Discord server to play?
No. You can play the 2024 Festival of Foolishness through our dedicated website here: https://disneydreamlightvalley.com/festival-of-foolishness. If you wish to play through the official Disney Dreamlight Valley Discord Server, you can join for free. Discord membership is free.
Is this activation only in English?
Yes.
Will participating in the game benefit me?
Yes! Not only will you be able to claim codes to redeem in-game, but you’ll experience an original story featuring some of your favorite Disney Dreamlight Valley characters.
